Main Responsibilities

– Manage portfolio of Chassis Vehicle Dynamics (CVD) supply network partners, responsible for the complete quality of parts
– ⁠Early involvement in supply network partner selection process
– ⁠Ensure APQP is performed and proceeding in accordance to required project timing and the risks are mitigated
– ⁠Verify and lead all APQP deliverables and approve PPAP submissions and tooling
– ⁠Secure the capacity & ramp up plan and implement Firewall / Pre-launch controls to ensure smooth SOP launch
– ⁠Drive the Quality concerns raised from Volvo plants with quick containment & secure CAPA

Competence and Experience

– University degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering / Metallurgical Engineering
– Experience in supplier quality preferably from Automotive background
– Strong technical knowledge and manufacturing know how in Vehicle components such as steering systems, suspension components and related mechanical parts
