Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conduct Process Audits, Product Audits, and Internal Quality Audits.
  • Maintain QMS documents and quality records.
  • Ensure timely closure of Non-Conformities (NCs).
  • Coordinate Customer Audits, Internal Audits, and External Audits.
  • Organize MCRM data from different departments.
  • Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and MIS reports.
  • Track audit observations and corrective actions.
  • Participate in 2nd Party and 3rd Party Audits.
  • Handle customer complaints and quality observations.
  • Implement customer-specific quality requirements.
  • Drive Kaizen and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Control Plans, SOPs, OPS, and Check Sheets.
  • Monitor Process Capability for critical dimensions.
  • Support Cross Functional Teams (CFT) for defect reduction.
  • Conduct Quality System training programs.
