📍 Location: Gurgaon
🧠 Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Role: High Voltage Components Design & Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evaluate EV/HEV electrical components (charging, traction, EMS)
• Hardware testing at component & vehicle level
• Work with suppliers for component development & validation
• Ensure compliance with EV/HEV standards and regulations (AIS 041, 038, 048, etc.)

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of EV/HEV systems & architecture
• Hands-on experience with ECU/EMS, electrical testing & troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 and OBD
• BOM creation and project scheduling

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication (min. 60%)
• Relevant academic/industry project experience preferred

Role: BMS Engineer – Hybrid & Electric Vehicles

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & develop BMS architecture for HEV/EV
• Create control algorithms (SOC, SOH, cell balancing, thermal & energy management, etc.)
• Ensure ISO 26262 compliance & conduct DFMEA
• Model-based design using MATLAB/Simulink
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Li-Ion battery systems, BMS H/W & S/W
• Experience in ECU testing, powertrain control, and OBD
• Familiarity with HEV/EV regulations (e.g., AIS 038)

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech (EE/ECE/EEE) | M.E./M.Tech preferred
• Min. 60% marks
