Key Responsibilities

1. Senior Engineer – Quality

• Ensure quality compliance for wire harness production

• Conduct inspections and root cause analysis

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

2. Sr. Engineer – Production (Maekotei)

• Oversee production activities on Maekotei machines

• Ensure production targets are met

• Implement process improvements

• Coordinate with other production engineers

3. Jr. Engineer – Production

• Assist in day-to-day production operations

• Monitor machine efficiency and output

• Support production planning and coordination

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

4. Sr. Engineer – QMS

• Develop and maintain Quality Management System

• Conduct internal audits and compliance checks

• Implement ISO/IATF 16949 standards

5. Jr. Engineer – Quality
