B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Engineering
Experience: 4 to 7 years in process engineering or moulding operations
🔍 Key Responsibilities
As part of the Process Engineering team, you will:
Perform process analysis and manage tool trials on production machines.
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct process reviews after trials.
Create detailed setup sheets for new and existing molds.
Conduct process validation, drive 8D problem-solving, and identify improvement areas.
Analyze rejection trends, wastage, and production efficiency to support process optimization.
Manage new equipment setup and deliver process-related training to operators and supervisors.
Support major quality and process audits, including PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, VDA, and IATF requirements.

Strong understanding of Rubber Injection Moulding Process Development and tool trials.
