Mandatory Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance and Quality Control

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to maintain product quality and compliance with applicable specifications.

• Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to relevant standards.

2. Welding Inspection and NDT Activities

• Conduct or coordinate welding inspections as per approved procedures and applicable standards.
• Perform or coordinate UT, PT, and MT/MPT activities according to qualification, authorization, and applicable requirements.
• Review inspection results, identify non-conformities, and coordinate corrective actions.

3. Vendor Audits and Supplier Quality

• Conduct vendor audits and evaluate supplier quality systems and processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

4. Customer and Third-Party Inspections

• Coordinate customer inspections and third-party inspection activities.
• Maintain inspection documentation, test reports, and quality records.
• Support inspection planning and ensure readiness for required quality checks.

Eligibility Criteria
