Position Details

• Designation: Paint Shop Engineer (Manual & Robot Line)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control manual and robotic paint shop operations.
• Develop and optimize painting parameters to maintain consistent coating thickness and finish.
• Supervise operators and technicians to achieve daily production and quality targets.
• Manage robot programming, path optimization, and preventive maintenance schedules (preferably on ABB, Fanuc, or Yaskawa systems).
• Ensure adherence to color shade, gloss, and adhesion specifications as per customer and ISO/IATF standards.
