Roles & Responsibilities – Trainee Finance
As a Trainee Finance at Siemens, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial processing while working closely with global teams.

Cash Application:
Accurately post customer payments in SAP ERP within defined timelines.Accounts Receivable Processing:
Process AR customer payments while strictly adhering to defined procedures.Payment Analysis:
Analyze and resolve unidentified or unmatched incoming payments.Reporting Support:
Assist in preparation and submission of reports related to cash application and AR performance.Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with Siemens’ internal controls and policies.Service Level Management:
Contribute toward achieving agreed SLAs and performance metrics.Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with collectors, front-office teams, and offshore teams to resolve payment-related issues.Process Adherence:
Ensure strict compliance with AR processes while handling customer transactions.Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:
Support new joiners through knowledge transfer and assist the team during absences of process experts.Process Improvement:
Suggest and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
