📌 Position Details

• Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – TQM
• Location: Pune, Maharashtra
• Experience: 7 – 9 Years
• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering)

🧩 Role Overview

As part of the Total Quality Management function, you will play a key role in strengthening TQM culture and achieving organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare plants for Deming Examination and ensure TQM compliance.
• Lead and improve Daily Work Management (DWM) systems across departments.
• Drive initiatives for TQM implementation, employee involvement, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide QC Circles, Kaizen teams, and problem-solving groups.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and process optimization projects across multiple functions.
• Ensure horizontal deployment and standardization of TQM best practices.
• Conduct internal audits, track KPIs, and monitor performance improvement activities.
• Organize and manage participation in quality forums and competitions.
• Coordinate with TQM coordinators to deploy improvement initiatives across all departments.

🎓 Preferred Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
• TQM / QCFI / JUSE Certification
