Role: Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT)

Location: Pune & Sanand
Stipend: ₹25,000 per month

- Candidates from 2024 & 2025 graduating batch only (Freshers)
- Minimum 60% throughout (10th, 12th & Engineering)
- No backlogs / No ATKT
- Maximum 2-year educational gap allowed
- Candidate must not have previously signed any Apprenticeship contract under NATS

⭐ Role Overview
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will work under the guidance of senior professionals and gain exposure to Tata Motors’ advanced manufacturing processes, product development cycles, and next-generation automotive technologies. This role is designed to equip fresh engineering graduates with real-time industrial skills and make them industry-ready.
Selected apprentices will be placed across various functions, roles, and business units based on organizational requirements.

1. Hands-On Industrial Training
Gain practical knowledge in core automobile operations
Exposure to Production, Maintenance, SCM, Quality, and Manufacturing Planning
Participate in automotive component and aggregate development activities
2. Technical Skill Development
Apply academic knowledge to real industrial scenarios
Understand manufacturing planning processes, production supervision, and maintenance activities
Learn part procurement systems and quality management techniques
3. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
Develop problem-solving capabilities through structured methodologies
Participate in cross-functional tasks to improve product and process efficiency
4. Cross-Functional Exposure
Work with teams from Manufacturing, Engineering, SCM, Quality, HR, and other departments
Understand end-to-end operations of a large automotive OEM
5. Continuous Learning
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Participate in ongoing upskilling, technical training, and self-learning programs
