Stipend: ₹25,000 per month

As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will work under the guidance of senior professionals and gain exposure to Tata Motors’ advanced manufacturing processes, product development cycles, and next-generation automotive technologies. This role is designed to equip fresh engineering graduates with real-time industrial skills and make them industry-ready.

Selected apprentices will be placed across various functions, roles, and business units based on organizational requirements.

1. Hands-On Industrial Training

• Gain practical knowledge in core automobile operations

• Exposure to Production, Maintenance, SCM, Quality, and Manufacturing Planning

• Participate in automotive component and aggregate development activities

2. Technical Skill Development

• Apply academic knowledge to real industrial scenarios

• Understand manufacturing planning processes, production supervision, and maintenance activities

• Learn part procurement systems and quality management techniques
