As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR, you will act as a strategic HR business partner, aligning people practices with organizational goals and driving initiatives that strengthen the employee experience, talent pipeline, and overall organizational culture.
You will be responsible for implementing human capital strategies that enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance, and support TMBSL’s long-term growth objectives.

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and ensure seamless execution of people initiatives.
Drive Talent Acquisition processes for all levels, ensuring timely hiring and effective workforce planning.
Lead Talent Management and Performance Management initiatives to identify and develop high-potential talent within the organization.
Implement Employee Engagement and Retention Programs that foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Manage Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to build capability and strengthen leadership pipelines.
Promote Employer Branding through internal and external engagement programs, positioning TMBSL as an employer of choice.
Ensure compliance with HR governance frameworks, legal regulations, and statutory requirements.
Drive HR process digitization to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to address workforce challenges, industrial relations, and HR operations.
💡 Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess:
A Master’s Degree in HR – MBA / MSW / PGDM with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
9 to 13 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive sector.
Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, L&D, PMS, and Employee Engagement.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR systems, digital tools, and data management.
A people-centric mindset with the ability to balance empathy and organizational priorities.
Prior exposure to diversity and inclusion initiatives will be an added advantage.
