🔎 Open Positions – Supply Chain (Sourcing & Costing)

1️⃣ Motor Development – Sourcing

Number of Openings: 2

Positions Available:

• Lead – Sourcing (Motor Parts)

  • Experience: 10+ Years

• Engineer – Sourcing

  • Experience: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing activities for motor and motor-related components
• Develop and onboard suppliers for casting and forging components
• Conduct cost breakdown analysis and commercial negotiations
• Support motor development projects from prototype to production
• Work closely with design, quality, and manufacturing teams
• Ensure supplier capability, quality compliance, and cost targets

Mandatory Requirements:

• Prior experience with EV OEM or automotive OEM
• Strong exposure to casting and forging sourcing
• Proven experience in lead sourcing and supplier finalization

2️⃣ Mechanical Parts – Sourcing

Number of Openings: 2
Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Component Exposure:

• Sheet Metal Parts
• CAD-based Components
• CFM (Cost for Manufacturing)
• DFM (Design for Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and costing of mechanical and fabricated components
• Supplier identification, RFQ handling, and price negotiation
• Cost optimization through VA/VE activities
• Coordination with design and manufacturing teams
• Supplier performance monitoring and development

Preferred Background:

• Automotive or EV OEM experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers

3️⃣ Electrical / Electronics Parts – Sourcing

Number of Openings: 2
Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Component Exposure:

• Wiring Harness
• Sensors
• PCBs
• Motors & Controllers

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic sourcing of electrical and electronic EV components
• Cost analysis, benchmarking, and supplier negotiation
• Supplier development for quality, cost, and delivery performance
• Support localization and cost-reduction initiatives
• Cross-functional coordination with R&D, Quality, and Production

Preferred Background:

• Experience in EV or automotive electronics sourcing
• Strong understanding of electronic component cost structures
