Experience: Minimum 12 Years in QA & QMS (Automobile Industry preferred)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering

🏭 Job Description
The Senior Manager (QA & QMS) will lead the plant’s quality and management systems to ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall Quality Assurance and QMS functions across the plant.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Develop and implement quality management systems and related documentation.
- Handle Customer Complaints, 8D Reports, CAPA, PPAP, and APQP activities.
- Conduct and coordinate Internal & External Audits (Customer, Supplier, Certification).
- Monitor product and process quality through inspections and testing procedures.
- Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams for continuous improvement.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
- Track and analyze key quality KPIs – rejection, rework, and customer feedback.
- Coach and develop the quality team for system compliance and skill growth.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
- Practical exposure to Injection Moulding, Electroplating, and Paint Shop operations.
- Experience in handling OEM and Tier-1 customer audits.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.
