WELLMEI MOLD is urgently seeking an experienced SCM & Purchase professional to manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate must come with strong vendor management skills, cost optimization exposure, and deep understanding of plastic components procurement.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Handle end-to-end purchasing operations for plastic manufacturing
• Identify, evaluate, and approve suppliers & vendors
• Monitor supplier quality, reliability, and timely delivery
• Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and credit
• Process and manage purchase orders & agreements
• Ensure material availability as per production plan
• Control procurement cost while maintaining quality
• Work on BOM & non-BOM material planning and costing
• Maintain purchase records, contracts, and supplier databases
• Coordinate with production, QC, stores, finance & logistics teams
• Support new vendor development & localization initiatives

• Strong experience in plastic / molding / tooling / injection molding industry
• Excellent negotiation & vendor management skills
• Deep understanding of SCM cycle, procurement & inventory control
• BOM analysis & cost breakdown understanding

• Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech preferred
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in SCM & Purchase
