Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks as per industrial norms.
• Conduct daily safety rounds, safety inductions, toolbox talks, and job safety analysis.
• Prepare risk assessments, accident investigation reports, and ensure preventive measures.
• Maintain safety records, compliance registers, and documentation for audits.
• Coordinate fire drills, first-aid training, and emergency response protocol activities.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with production, HR, and maintenance teams for safety process improvement.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to Factories Act, Fire & Safety regulations, and Pollution control norms.
• Promote behavioral-based safety culture within the organization.
• Support ISO & EHS audits and assist in closing non-conformities.
