Gravton Motors is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer – R&D Prototype & Power Train to strengthen our EV development team. If you have strong expertise in prototype quality control, validation, and automotive standards, we invite you to apply.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Handle quality assurance activities for R&D and prototype builds
• Conduct inspection, validation, and testing of prototype components
• Implement quality control processes during New Product Development (NPD)
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and drive Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Supplier Quality teams
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and documentation

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering
• Experience in Prototype / R&D projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plan, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in automotive quality standards and audits
