Job Overview

We are urgently hiring a total of 20 professionals to strengthen our quality control processes. These roles are designed for young, energetic individuals who thrive in a high-performance industrial environment and are committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Your role on the shop floor will be a blend of technical inspection and data-driven reporting:

• Visual Inspection: Conduct rigorous surface and dimensional inspections to ensure steel products meet client specifications.
• MIS & Data Management: Accurate data entry in the MIS and maintenance of Excel-based inspection logbooks for real-time tracking.
• Shift Reporting: Generate detailed shift-wise quality reports to document production health and deviations.
• Collaboration: Partner with production agencies and interface departments to streamline workflows and address bottlenecks.
• Abnormality Analysis: Identify quality defects and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with interface agencies for SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) development and process enhancements.
• Safety First: Adhere strictly to all organizational safety guidelines and industrial protocols.

Required Skills & Eligibility

We are looking for candidates with specific technical foundations tailored to our mills:

1. Quality-HSM (Hot Strip Mill)

• Education: Diploma (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production).

• Focus: Knowledge of hot-rolling processes and thermal quality parameters.

2. Quality-CRM (Cold Rolling Mill)

• Education: Diploma (Mechanical/Metallurgy) or B.Sc (Physics/Chemistry/Maths).

• Focus: Understanding of cold-rolling tolerances, surface finishes, and metallic properties.

• Steel Domain Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Quality or Operations within a steel plant.
