Key Responsibilities

BOM Planning & Supplier Coordination

• Plan and schedule direct BOM materials in coordination with PPC.
• Update material schedules in SAP and track daily supply status.
• Perform continuous supplier follow-ups to prevent production line stoppage.

Vendor Management & Procurement

• Handle vendor concerns, supplier audits, and inventory monitoring at supplier end.
• Manage PR–PO cycle, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and vendor payment follow-ups.
• Maintain consumables and tooling stock with advance procurement planning.

Cost Optimization & Process Improvement

• Drive cost-saving initiatives through alternate sourcing and VAVE activities.
