Plant Human Resource Sr Engineer- Pranav Vikas Pvt Ltd, Pranav Vikas, a leading organization in [your industry], is seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant HR professional to join our Palwal facility. Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Engagement
Plan, organize, and monitor monthly engagement activities to foster employee motivation.
Drive festival events, recognition programs (R&R), and employee connect initiatives.
Actively participate in creating a positive work culture and ensure employee satisfaction.
2. Committees Management
Coordinate HR, Safety, Welfare, and POSH committees.
Schedule regular meetings, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory and internal guidelines.
Assist in implementing policies arising from committee discussions.
3. Dojo Activities
Oversee the plant Dojo centre, ensuring all training modules are updated.
Conduct sessions and monitor employee skill development progress.
Collaborate with department heads to align training with business needs.
4. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end hiring for plant positions including sourcing, interviews, and selection.
Complete all joining formalities and ensure smooth induction programs.
Work with HRBP/HO to plan workforce needs and succession pipelines.
5. Training & Development
Identify training gaps and prepare the annual training calendar.
Organize technical and soft-skill development programs.
Maintain reports on training effectiveness and employee participation.
6. 5S & Kaizen
Support 5S audits to maintain a clean and organized workplace.
Promote Kaizen culture through awareness, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a change agent to support operational efficiency and process improvement.
7. Plant HR Operations
Manage attendance, leave, and HR documentation for plant employees.
Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
Coordinate with Head Office HR for policy alignment and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in plant HR, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setups.
Strong understanding of employee engagement, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
Experience managing committees, training programs, and recruitment.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and plant safety initiatives is desirable.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
