We are currently hiring for multiple seniority levels, allowing professionals from varied experience bands to join and grow within the organization:

All roles require strong technical expertise in automotive product design, with a focus on EV and ICE connectors, plastic component design, and design for manufacturability.
π§ Technical Skills We Value
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a combination of practical experience, technical depth, and design thinking. Key skills include:
β Automotive connector design for EV/ICE platforms
β Proficiency in Creo for 3D/2D modeling
β Strong fundamentals in Plastic Part Design
β Application of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
β Knowledge of DFMEA methodologies
β Tolerance Stack-up analysis capability
β Exposure to FEA and Mold Flow understanding

π Key Responsibilities β What You Will Work On
This role offers the chance to design components that go into the vehicles of today and tomorrow. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Design and development of automotive connectors (EV / ICE category)
Creation of 2D drawings and 3D models in Creo with proper GD&T integration
Executing tolerance stack-up analysis and feasibility validation
Supporting a full design lifecycle, including DFMEA and validation stages
Cross-functional coordination with quality, manufacturing, testing, and project teams
Ensuring manufacturability, tooling feasibility, and DFM compliance
Documenting design changes, project progress, and engineering reports
Identifying potential design risks and contributing to corrective-action plans
Working with suppliers and internal experts to ensure timely project execution
This position requires engineers who understand that design is not limited to CAD modelsβit extends to a productβs reliability, user experience, manufacturability, cost, and performance in diverse environmental conditions.
