• Design and development of automotive connectors (EV / ICE category)

• Creation of 2D drawings and 3D models in Creo with proper GD&T integration

• Executing tolerance stack-up analysis and feasibility validation

• Supporting a full design lifecycle, including DFMEA and validation stages

• Cross-functional coordination with quality, manufacturing, testing, and project teams

• Ensuring manufacturability, tooling feasibility, and DFM compliance

• Documenting design changes, project progress, and engineering reports

• Identifying potential design risks and contributing to corrective-action plans

• Working with suppliers and internal experts to ensure timely project execution

This position requires engineers who understand that design is not limited to CAD models—it extends to a product’s reliability, user experience, manufacturability, cost, and performance in diverse environmental conditions.
