The Quality Assurance Engineer / Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all plastic automotive parts meet strict quality, reliability, and performance standards. The role involves defining quality criteria, leading inspection activities, analyzing defects, improving processes, and supporting cross-functional teams to enhance product satisfaction and minimize customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Establish clear guidelines and quality standards for all incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
2. Define and monitor quality metrics for manufacturing processes and assembly operations.
3. Oversee the production cycle and perform routine inspections to detect issues early.
4. Conduct root cause analysis for technical problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
5. Prepare detailed quality reports, defect analysis, and action plans.
6. Set measurable QA objectives and track progress toward quality improvement targets.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction through improved product quality.
8. Work closely with engineering, production, and development teams to refine product performance.
9. Develop and implement inspection methods to evaluate product quality precisely.
10. Provide improvement suggestions to enhance product durability, performance, and reliability.
11. Ensure all products comply with internal quality requirements and industry standards.
