Minda Corporation Limited, one of India’s leading automotive component manufacturers, is inviting talented and dynamic candidates to join our Program Management (PMG) team at the Electronics Manufacturing Plant in Chakan, Pune. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely on New Product Development (NPD), APQP, project governance, and cross-functional alignment with customers and internal teams.

⭐ Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Governance

• Develop project development frameworks and guide project managers in creating detailed project plans with timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

• Ensure all project objectives are met as per defined timelines and gate review requirements with proper CFT sign-off.

• Ensure strict adherence to APQP or quality gating process for all new products.

• Form appropriate Project CFT teams, define roles, and ensure proper functioning of cross-functional coordination.

Project Monitoring & Control

• Implement new and effective project control mechanisms to manage risks, delays, and failures.

• Develop and enforce project governance tools, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance frameworks.

• Monitor project budgets regularly and ensure adherence to overall development costs.

• Analyze project budgets, cost structures, revenue streams, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Customer Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Resolve customer escalations regarding product design, process parameters, and ensure all development activities meet customer expectations.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication, proactive updates, and adherence to budget and product standards.

Trial Management & SOP Execution

• Conduct product trials (T0, T1, T2) as per defined timelines.

• Prepare detailed trial reports and share them with customers.

• Gather customer feedback, prepare an action plan based on gaps, and lead further trials.

• Oversee the transition from development to mass production and supervise SOPs for new product batches during the handover period.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Maintain seamless coordination with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Plant Operations teams to ensure alignment with customer specifications.

• Establish and maintain a clear and effective communication matrix for all stakeholders (internal & external).

Team Management

• Ensure team members are equipped with the right skills, resources, and training required for successful project execution.

• Mentor and support PMG members for timely completion of their tasks and deliverables.

⭐ Who Can Apply?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering

• Experience in Project Management, APQP, NPD, CFT Coordination, or automotive electronics preferred

• Strong customer-handling and stakeholder management skills

• Expertise in new product development, project cost control, and timeline management
