Maruti Suzuki India Pvt. Ltd., one of the country’s leading automotive OEMs, is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Dyno Engine Testing. This position is ideal for engineers with hands-on experience in engine performance testing, engine test benches, and petrol engine evaluation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Conduct engine bench testing for performance measurement, focusing on Power and Torque outputs.
Coordinate with production shops to ensure engines are available for scheduled testing.
Measure and analyze essential engine performance parameters such as:
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Humidity
- Oil temperature
- Oil pressure
Perform engine preparation on the test bench, including mounting and dismounting operations.
Diagnose and analyze any deviation in performance against defined specifications.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards like IS 1459 and AIS-137.
Operate engine testing software such as PUMA or EDACS.
Prepare reports using MS Office, graphs, and data analytics tools.
Maintain basic understanding of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 requirements.
