Key Responsibilities

Manage Transaxle Assembly operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
Handle EOL testing (leak, noise, functional, and performance testing).
Ensure compliance with SOPs, Control Plans, and quality standards.
Monitor line performance and reduce downtime, rejection, and productivity losses.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Drive productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives.
Manage manpower planning, skill development, and shop floor discipline.
Maintain production reports, EOL data, and process documentation.
Support new model trials, line balancing, and process validation.
Implement Daily Work Management (DWM).
