HR Senior Executive

HR Senior Executive, Rico Jinfei Wheels Ltd. is urgently looking for an energetic and dedicated Senior Executive – HR to support our HR operations team. The role is best suited for candidates with strong hands-on experience in plant HR, manpower handling, and HR data management within the automobile or die-casting industry.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and maintaining daily MIS and HR data
  • Performing entries and updates in HR software systems
  • Attendance monitoring and reconciliation with system reports
  • Physical verification of workforce on shop-floor against attendance records
  • Supporting payroll and compliance teams with data and presentations
  • Assisting in PF, ESIC and bank transfer verification for contractor employees
  • Handling manpower allocation and coordination with contractors
  • Updating operator skill-matrix in the HR system
  • Preparing reports for audits and management review
  • Supporting ongoing HR digitalization initiatives
  • Providing administrative support to HR operations and plant HR activities

🛠 Required Skills & Competencies

Candidates should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas, reports)
  • Experience in daily MIS preparation and HR dashboards
  • Working exposure to HR software / ERP systems
  • Experience in plant/ manufacturing HR operations
  • Knowledge of PF & ESIC checking and related documentation
  • Good understanding of attendance and leave management
  • Ability to coordinate with contractors and manage manpower deployment
  • Positive learning attitude and willingness to support digital transformation initiatives
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Readiness to work in rotational shifts (A & B)

  • Graduate or Diploma in HR/Industrial Relations
  • MBA or Post-Graduation not mandatory
  • Prior experience in Automobile / Die Casting / Manufacturing industry
