Fortuna Retail Private Limited is inviting applications from dynamic and experienced HR professionals for the position of HR Operations Executive/Officer at our Gurugram location. The position is based in Gurugram, making it an ideal role for candidates living within a comfortable commuting distance. The company follows a healthy work-life balance policy, with 2nd and 4th Saturdays off and fixed Sunday off, allowing employees sufficient personal time along with professional commitments.
The offered salary range is ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 CTC per month, depending on skills, experience, and interview performance.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must be graduates in any stream from a recognized university. While specialization in HR or management will be an added advantage, it is not mandatory. What matters most is relevant experience and the ability to handle end-to-end HR operational responsibilities efficiently.
Experience Requirement
Applicants should have a total experience of 3 to 4 years specifically in:
- HR Operations
- Payroll Management
- Policy & Process Implementation
- Statutory Compliance
- HRMS handling
Candidates with experience in the retail or corporate sector will be preferred, but professionals from other industries with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Skills & Competencies Required
This role demands both technical HR knowledge and strong interpersonal capabilities. The preferred skillset includes:
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations including employee onboarding, documentation, HR database management, attendance and leave administration, and employee life-cycle management.
- Payroll Processing Expertise is mandatory. The candidate must have worked on salary processing, reimbursements, deductions, full & final settlements, and statutory payouts.
- HRMS & KEKA experience is compulsory. Candidates who have practically used these HR software platforms will be highly preferred.
- Policy and Process Management: Ability to implement HR policies, support formulation of SOPs, and ensure adherence across departments.
- Statutory Compliance Knowledge: Sound understanding of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and labour law compliances.
- MIS and Reporting: Preparation and management of HR MIS, dashboards, manpower reports, attrition data, and operational trackers.
- TA Dashboard Handling: Experience managing Time & Attendance dashboards, biometric records, regularization requests, and shift records.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication is essential to coordinate with employees, management, and external agencies.
- Stability: Candidates should have an average tenure of at least 1 year in previous organizations, indicating job stability and reliability.
- Commuting Time: Preference will be given to candidates with a commute of less than 60 minutes to the workplace to ensure convenience and punctuality.
- Immediate Joiners: Candidates who are serving a short notice period or are available to join immediately will be prioritized.
