Agrawal Metal Works Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and visionary HR Manager – Talent Management & OD to lead strategic people initiatives across the organization. This is a senior-level opportunity for professionals who are passionate about building future-ready organizations, driving employee capability, and shaping a strong performance-driven culture.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Talent Management, Performance Management System (PMS), Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and HR Policy Frameworks. This role requires someone who is hands-on yet strategic, with the maturity to work directly with senior leadership and influence change across business units.
💼 Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
⭐ Talent Management Strategy
- Design, implement, and monitor talent management frameworks
- Identify high-potential (HiPo) employees and drive development journeys
- Build succession planning for critical and leadership roles
- Drive competency mapping and capability-building initiatives
⭐ Performance Management (PMS)
- Strengthen existing PMS or redesign as required
- Drive goal-setting through KRA/KPI framework
- Facilitate mid-year and annual performance reviews
- Train managers on performance feedback and appraisal conversations
- Ensure fair evaluation, bell-curve calibration, and transparency
⭐ Organizational Development (OD)
Diagnose organizational needs through surveys and analytics
Design and execute OD interventions such as:
employee engagement projects
cultural transformation initiatives
team-building workshops
leadership capability programs
Enable change management and organizational restructuring where required
⭐ HR Policy & Process Management
- Frame, review, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure policy alignment with organizational goals
- Introduce best practices for modern workplaces
- Ensure legal and statutory compliance
⭐ Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design employee engagement calendar
- Run employee feedback, pulse, and satisfaction surveys
- Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies
- Strengthen employee experience across the employee lifecycle
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR / Psychology / Human Resource Management / Business Administration
10–15 years of strong experience in:
Talent Management
Performance Management Systems
OD Interventions
Policy Formulation
- Experience working in manufacturing or large plant-based environments is an advantage
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and leadership interaction
