π§ Key Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR operational activities including:
- Monitoring & managing daily attendance & biometric records
- Preparing and analyzing manpower & shift reports
- Managing salary sheets and payroll coordination
- Experience handling Keka HRMS software is preferred
- Maintaining Audit & Compliance documents
- Coordination of compliance support related to HR
- Handling general HR administrative and office support activities
- Ensuring proper record-keeping, data management & internal documentation
- Coordinating with internal departments for HR-related requirements
π Education & Professional Qualification
- MBA (HR) / MSW with HR specialization
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HRMS, payroll, attendance management & compliance support
- Good communication, Excel skills, and documentation expertise
