Handling end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
Managing employee onboarding processes and ensuring proper joining formalities
Maintaining recruitment trackers and hiring documentation
HR Operations & Documentation
Maintaining employee records, personal files, and HR documentation
Handling attendance, leave records, and employee data updates
Supporting HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Employee Engagement & Support
Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
Addressing employee queries related to HR and administration
Supporting a positive and professional work culture
Administrative Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day office administration activities
Coordinating with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, and other services
Supporting facility management and general office coordination
Coordination & Communication
Coordinating with internal departments for smooth workflow
