1. Handling Training & Development Activities

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end training processes, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring training programs. Ensuring smooth execution and proper documentation will be a key part of your role.

2. Blue-Collar & White-Collar Training Management

The role involves organizing and managing training programs for:

  • Shop-floor workers (Blue collar employees)

  • Office staff and management team (White collar employees)

You must understand the difference in training needs and design programs accordingly.

3. Coordination with Trainers

You will act as a bridge between:

  • Internal department heads

  • External trainers and consultants

  • Employees attending training

Coordinating training sessions, confirming schedules, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution will be part of your daily responsibilities.

4. Execute Monthly & Yearly Training Calendars

Preparing, implementing, and tracking monthly and annual training calendars will be an important function. You will ensure that all planned training sessions are conducted as per schedule and aligned with organizational goals.

5. Complete Knowledge of DOJO Centre

A strong understanding of the DOJO Centre concept is essential. The DOJO Centre focuses on skill enhancement, structured learning, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment. You will oversee training activities conducted under the DOJO framework and ensure maximum participation and effectiveness.
