Wilo Group is hiring Graduate Trainee Engineers (GET) for the Quality Testbed department, which is responsible for verifying product performance under simulated real-world operating conditions.

Key Job Details

Role Description – GET (Quality Testbed)

The Graduate Trainee Engineer will work closely with the Quality Assurance team to support performance testing, endurance testing, and quality validation of pump systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Execution Support:
  Assist in conducting performance, functional, and endurance tests on pumps and pump systems.

• Data Collection & Monitoring:
  Accurately record test readings, operating parameters, and observations during test cycles.

• Basic Data Analysis:
  Analyze test results and compare performance data against defined engineering specifications.

• Documentation & Reporting:
  Support preparation of test reports, quality records, and compliance documentation.

• Testbed Maintenance Support:
  Assist in maintaining test equipment, basic calibration checks, and housekeeping activities.

• Safety Compliance:
  Strictly follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures within the testbed area.
