What interviewer checks

  • Hands-on exposure
  • Understanding of end-of-line (EOL) inspection
  • Practical knowledge, not theory

Sample Answer

In my current role, I am responsible for final vehicle inspection after assembly. This includes checking functional, visual and regulatory parameters before vehicle dispatch.

  • Engineering drawing understanding
  • Inspection → Execution translation ability
  • Shop floor practicality

Sample Answer

First, I study:

  • drawing
  • tolerance
  • critical-to-quality parameters (CTQs)
  • regulatory requirements

Then I:

  1. Identify inspection characteristics

Sample Answer

I have supported:

  • trial builds
  • pilot lots
  • PPAP validation phases

My responsibilities included:

  • validating inspection standards for new models
