Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Inspection
- Ensure product quality as per customer and company standards.
- Manage in-process and final inspection activities.
- Monitor line quality and maintain process control systems.
Technical Quality Control
- Use measuring instruments and gauges for precision inspection.
- Apply knowledge of CMM basics, SPC, and quality tools.
- Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T standards.
Problem Solving & Customer Handling
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Support customer quality concerns and fitment decisions.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Customers for quality improvements.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain quality records, reports, and audit compliance.
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of measuring instruments and gauges.
- Understanding of CMM, SPC, and basic quality tools.
- Proficiency in drawing reading and GD&T interpretation.
- Experience in automotive machining quality control.
- Strong decision-making and leadership ability.
