We are actively looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Maintenance (Electronics) to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. This position is ideal for a candidate who possesses a strong background in electronic maintenance, has hands-on exposure in utility management, and understands PLC-based systems to ensure seamless and safe plant operations.

  • B.Tech / B.E.


🔧 Required Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Electronics Maintenance, Utility Operations, and PLC systems within a manufacturing environment or industrial setup.

1️⃣ Q: Can you explain your experience in electronic maintenance within a manufacturing environment?

A: I have over 7 years of experience managing the maintenance of electronic systems in a manufacturing setup. My responsibilities have included troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, PLC-controlled machinery support, utilities management, and implementing improvement measures to reduce downtime and enhance production reliability.


2️⃣ Q: What preventive and predictive maintenance practices have you implemented?

A: I have implemented maintenance calendars, sensor-based monitoring, lubrication schedules, and vibration/thermal checks. I also use downtime data to analyze patterns and plan predictive interventions, which significantly reduces breakdown frequency.


3️⃣ Q: How familiar are you with PLC programming and troubleshooting?

A: I have hands-on experience with PLC-based control systems including fault diagnosis, input/output testing, sensor calibration, and communication module checks. I can read logic diagrams and work with maintenance teams to modify or troubleshoot PLC issues that affect operations.


4️⃣ Q: How do you ensure utility systems operate without interruption?

A: I plan periodic maintenance, keep spare inventories ready, monitor load consumption, and coordinate timely AMC. I ensure DG sets, compressors, power panels, and cooling systems have routine inspections to avoid unexpected failures.

A: I follow a structured approach — safety lockout/tagout, fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, repairing or replacing the component, validating the fix, and documenting the problem for future prevention.

A: Documentation is essential for planning, compliance, audits, and traceability. It helps track equipment lifecycles, warranty claims, downtime reports, and maintenance costs and supports continuous improvement.

A: Yes — I’ve analyzed breakdown data, improved machine settings, optimized spares availability, executed preventive plans, and trained operators to handle minor faults, collectively achieving a significant reduction in downtime.

A: I strictly follow LOTO procedures, PPE use, safety checklists, grounding inspections, risk assessments, and team safety briefings before any critical job.
