This is a senior-level responsibility where you will serve as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless HR operations, legal compliance, grievance handling, workforce planning, and people development initiatives.
🔹 Key Roles & Responsibilities
1️⃣ Contract Labor Management
- Vendor coordination, agreement renewals, attendance, billing validation
- Ensuring compliance with CLRA, PF/ESI, minimum wages, and safety training
- Monitoring contract manpower deployment and cost optimization
2️⃣ Time Office & Payroll
- Weekly/Monthly payroll processing with 100% accuracy
- Attendance, overtime, leave, and shift scheduling management
- Maintaining biometric data, muster rolls, and compliance records
3️⃣ Salary & Wages Administration
- Review and structure wages in line with statutory norms
- Manage reimbursement, increment cycles, compensation benchmarking
- Handle full & final settlement, deductions, and statutory payouts
4️⃣ General Administration
- Facility management (canteen, housekeeping, security, transport, uniforms)
- Vendor management and compliance documentation
- Ensuring hygiene, safety, discipline, and workplace infrastructure
5️⃣ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- End-to-end hiring for plant operations and support functions
- Manpower planning, forecasting, and recruitment pipeline
- Partnering with consultancies and managing recruitment cost
6️⃣ Training & Development
- Identification of skill gaps and capability-building initiatives
- Orientation, induction, and compliance trainings
- Supporting culture building and performance improvement
