Key Responsibilities

Mechanism Manufacturing & Quality Evaluation

• Understand manufacturing processes of mechanism parts including sheet metal, plastic, rubber, and assemblies.

• Perform evaluation and failure analysis of assemblies like door latch, regulator, and sunroof systems.

• Conduct inspection, testing, and validation of plastic and mechanism components.

Vendor Development & Project Management
