Position Overview

• Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive – Store Department
• Department: Store / Material Management
• Location: Dekawada, Ahmedabad
• Experience Required: 5–6 Years (preferably from the automotive sector)
• Budget / Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
• Reporting To: Store Manager / Plant Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and monitor FIFO (First-In-First-Out) systems to ensure proper material consumption and traceability.
2. Manage KANBAN systems for production line feeding and material replenishment.
3. Prepare SRVs (Store Receipt Vouchers) and other relevant inventory documents in SAP.
4. Maintain high standards of 5S in the store area for cleanliness and operational efficiency.
5. Conduct regular inventory management and reconciliation to maintain accuracy in physical vs. system stock.
6. Operate and update SAP MM module for material receipts, issues, and stock transfers.
7. Ensure timely documentation and reporting related to incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials.
8. Proficiently use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
9. Draft and manage official mails, communication, and coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
10. Support internal and external audits with proper document management and compliance adherence.

• Graduate or Diploma holder (preferably in Mechanical / Production / Material Management).
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in store management within the automotive manufacturing sector.
