Key Responsibilities
As part of the HR team, the selected candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure timely, efficient, and quality hiring for various business functions, particularly in sales.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the complete Talent Acquisition cycle, from manpower planning, sourcing, and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Handling sales recruitment across regions — ensuring timely fulfillment of field-level, mid-level, and leadership positions.
Building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing methods (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking).
Collaborating with functional heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions accordingly.
Conducting competency-based interviews to ensure cultural and skill alignment with organizational needs.
Managing and maintaining recruitment data, dashboards, and reports to support strategic HR decision-making.
Coordinating with external consultants, job agencies, and internal stakeholders for smooth recruitment operations.
Driving employer branding initiatives to enhance Vadilal’s visibility as an employer of choice.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, data protection standards, and ethical recruitment practices.
Key Skills and Competencies
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sales hiring.
Hands-on experience in data management and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment analytics, and market trends.
Proficiency in using job portals, ATS platforms, and MS Excel for recruitment tracking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
