Participate in field visits to supplier facilities to visually review tool production stages, machining status, trials, and quality readiness. This is an invaluable part of learning.

  • Supporting Refurbishment and Duplicate Tool Projects:
Assist in projects requiring refurbishing of tools, life tracking of series production tools, and supporting duplicate tool development to ensure business continuity.

  • Tool Lifecycle Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare structured, data-backed reports that represent the status of all tools under development. This includes tracking, updating, and presenting tool listings.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate actively with internal teams including Purchasing, Supplier Development, Tool Engineering, and Project Management to align tool activities with production targets and sourcing plans.
