🔍 Position Overview: Sr. Executive – Procurement

• Location: Corporate Office – Ahmedabad, Gujarat

• Job Type: Full-time

• Industry: Industrial Equipment / Heavy Machinery

• Department: Procurement / Supply Chain Management

• Level: Mid-Level (3–5 years of experience)

• Reporting To: Procurement Head / Supply Chain Manager

📌 Key Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Executive in our Procurement team, your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing the procurement process for mechanical components and equipment

• Vendor sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management

• Negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effective procurement without compromising on quality

• Coordinating with internal teams (engineering, production, quality control) for purchase requirements

• Ensuring timely delivery of materials aligned with production timelines

• Maintaining accurate purchase records, reports, and inventory tracking

• Identifying opportunities to optimize procurement costs and streamline processes

• Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies in all procurement activities

✅ Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented professionals who bring strong analytical and negotiation skills to the table.

• Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on procurement experience

  • Preference will be given to candidates from industrial or heavy machinery backgrounds

• Technical Skills: Understanding of mechanical components, materials sourcing, ERP systems (SAP or similar)

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination abilities

• Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates
