💼 About the Role – Marketing Operations Specialist
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team at our Noida headquarters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, ensuring seamless brand communication, and supporting sales initiatives across India and global markets.
This role is best suited for marketing professionals with 2–4 years of experience who are passionate about brand management, event coordination, and campaign execution within the automotive or agricultural industry.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, and on-ground platforms.
• Manage marketing assets and collaterals – from creative briefings and approvals to deployment and tracking.
• Liaise with internal teams, creative agencies, media partners, and event vendors to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
• Coordinate with event agencies and venues for logistics, branding, and on-site requirements.
• Assist in executing seasonal consumer schemes, ensuring materials and communications reach dealers and customers efficiently.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and marketing budgets, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Support the sales team with brochures, POSM materials, sales kits, and dealer-level marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign spends, help in invoice processing, and ensure cost compliance within marketing budgets.
• Collect and analyze campaign data to prepare performance reports and ROI evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Digital, PR, and Creative Teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Support new product launches by aligning communication with product marketing teams.
• Experience in the tractor or implements industry will be a distinct advantage.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication.
• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations / Brand Coordination / Campaign Execution.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, budgeting, and agency management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with reporting dashboards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute projects under tight deadlines.
