Location: Pantnagar, Uttarakhand
Join Luman Industries Limited, a trusted name in the automotive manufacturing sector, as a Senior Manager – Quality Assurance. This is a leadership opportunity to oversee Quality Assurance operations across three advanced manufacturing plants at Pantnagar.
If you’re an experienced quality professional with strong expertise in IATF 16949, QA systems, and team leadership, this role is for you.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 QA professionals to ensure operational excellence.
✅ Drive IATF 16949 compliance, customer quality requirements, and regulatory adherence.
✅ Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on process capability and product reliability.
✅ Plan, execute, and maintain audit readiness for internal, customer, and third-party audits.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Production, Design, and Supply Chain — to strengthen overall quality performance.
✅ Utilize modern QA tools for defect analysis, corrective actions (8D), and root cause elimination.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 15 years in an IATF 16949-certified manufacturing environment
Expertise in:
SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and 8D methodologies
Quality management systems, data analysis, and problem-solving tools
Leading teams and driving cross-functional quality improvement projects
