About the Role
Radiant Innovative Manufacturing Limited is looking for a Senior Engineer – Tool & Die Fitter to join our growing Automotive Plastic Injection Molding division in Ahmedabad.
This role demands hands-on expertise in tool and die fitting, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure precision, efficiency, and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform tool and die fitting, assembly, and preventive maintenance for plastic injection molds.
- Execute breakdown maintenance and ensure quick restoration of production tools.
- Handle die correction, polishing, welding, and finishing activities with precision.
- Conduct troubleshooting, alignment, and spotting of dies to ensure optimal fit and functionality.
- Interpret engineering drawings and measurement instruments effectively.
- Support process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives in tool maintenance.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to achieve consistent output and tooling performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of tool & die fitting and assembly for injection molds.
- Hands-on experience in plastic mold maintenance (preventive & corrective).
- Understanding of automotive plastic components and mold functionality.
- Skilled in precision fitting, alignment, polishing, and tool corrections.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurement data.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or Production Engineering preferred.
