🧑‍💼 Role: QA & QMS Manager

• Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years

• CTC Offered: Up to ₹15 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and last drawn salary)

• Function: Quality Assurance & Quality Management Systems

• Reports To: Senior Management / Plant Head

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

As QA & QMS Manager, you will lead the company’s efforts in maintaining world-class quality systems and ensuring compliance with all industry standards. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and maintaining QMS in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

• Leading internal, customer, and third-party audits, and ensuring full audit preparedness.

• Ensuring process and quality compliance across injection moulding, plating, and paint shop departments.

• Preparing and maintaining critical documentation such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.

• Managing CAPA processes and conducting thorough root cause analyses using tools like 5-Why and Fishbone diagrams.

• Acting as a primary point of contact for customers regarding quality concerns, audits, and improvement initiatives.

• Monitoring key quality metrics and driving continuous improvement through effective action plans.

🎓 Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a dynamic and quality-driven professional with:

• Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering

• Experience:

  • At least 10 years in Quality Assurance & QMS within the Automotive / Auto Components sector

• Skills Required:

  • Deep knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001

  • Strong command over automotive quality tools and shop-floor quality processes

  • Expertise in audit handling, documentation, and team leadership

  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management
