1. What is the role of PPC in vehicle manufacturing?
Answer:
PPC ensures that the right product is manufactured in the right quantity at the right time while considering material availability, manpower, machine capacity, production schedules, inventory, and customer requirements.
In vehicle manufacturing, PPC also has to manage multiple variants and coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and PDI.
