Job Description:
Satyam Auto Components Pvt. Ltd. is seeking talented and passionate professionals for the role of Business Excellence / Operational Excellence Engineer or Assistant Manager at our Manesar plant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean projects.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and develop improvement action plans.
- Coordinate internal audits and support process standardization.
- Promote a culture of excellence and employee engagement.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in Process Improvement and Operational Excellence.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
