🔧 About the Role

As an NPD Engineer/Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming new ideas into production-ready solutions. From concept to validation, you’ll ensure that each product meets the highest standards of performance, quality, and efficiency.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities- Job at JPAN Tubular Components 

• Design, prototype, and validate new tubular and copper assemblies.

• Collaborate with design, tooling, and production teams for end-to-end project execution.

• Conduct feasibility studies, testing, and continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality norms, and project timelines.

• Drive process optimization and cost-effective development of new products.

🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in NPD, design, or manufacturing engineering.

• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of tooling, process flow, and material properties (copper/tubular components).

• Passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
