Uno Minda Limited is looking for a talented and experienced Officer (NPC/NPD) to join our dynamic team at Manesar, Gurugram. If you have strong technical expertise and a passion for driving product development and engineering excellence — this opportunity is for you!

📌 Position Details

• Designation: Officer – NPC/NPD
• Location: Manesar, Gurugram
• Experience: 6–8 Years
• Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
• Salary Range: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage ECN-ECRN processes for development projects.
2. Handle ECN-ECRN for regular projects related to customer and VAVE changes.
3. Drive New RFQs by reviewing and finalizing with the CFT team for customer go-ahead.
4. Take complete ownership of Proof-of-Concept (POC) sample builds.
5. Support the Marketing Team in the tendering process to RFQ stage after a full understanding of the customer SOR (Statement of Requirement) along with required documentation:
   • ✅ SOR Compliance
   • ✅ Technical Proposal
   • ✅ BOM (Electronics & Mechanical)
   • ✅ Tooling & Process Fixture List
   • ✅ DVP Timeline
   • ✅ Manhours & Line Capacity Study
   • ✅ Process Flow Diagram
   • ✅ Manufacturing Quality Compliance
   • ✅ Time Plan
   • ✅ Packaging Sign-off
