💼 Position: Officer – NPC/NPD

• Industry: Automotive / Auto Components / Electronics & Mechanical Systems

• Experience Required: 6–8 Years

• Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering

• Salary Range: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

As an Officer in NPC/NPD, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of development and regular customer projects. Key duties include:

1. Driving EN-ECRN activities related to new development projects.

2. Managing ECN-ECRN workflows for ongoing projects involving customer requirements and VAVE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering) changes.

3. Coordinating and reviewing new RFQs (Request for Quotations) in collaboration with the CFT (Cross-Functional Team) to secure customer approvals.

4. Taking full ownership of Proof of Concept (POC) sample builds.

5. Supporting the Marketing and Sales team during the tendering process by contributing technical insights and required documentation after thoroughly analyzing the SOR (Statement of Requirements).

📑 RFQ Support Documentation Responsibilities:

You’ll be expected to deliver a complete technical and commercial RFQ package, including:

• ✅ SOR Compliance Matrix

• ✅ Detailed Technical Proposal

• ✅ Comprehensive BOM

• ✅ Tooling & Process Fixture Requirements

• ✅ Man-hours Estimation & Line Capacity Study

• ✅ Process Flow Diagram

• ✅ Manufacturing Quality Compliance Checks

• ✅ Project Time Plan & Packaging Sign-off

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  • B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering

• Experience:

  • 6 to 8 years in NPC/NPD roles within the automotive, auto components, or product development industry

• Skills & Traits:

  • Strong knowledge of product development cycles, customer interfacing, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Experience with ECN, ECRN, VAVE projects

  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and technical analysis skills

  • Able to manage RFQs with minimal supervision and high ownership
