About the Role

Maruti Suzuki is looking for a dynamic professional to join its Corporate Planning – Control Group at the head office in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project management, internal control, and strategic coordination across business functions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen internal control systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Drive cross-functional strategic projects aligned with organizational goals.

• Lead project tracking and delivery with agility and accuracy.

• Manage internal communication and facilitate key approval processes such as the Ringi process.

• Coordinate and analyze inputs for financial board agendas and JV meetings.

• Represent Corporate Planning in industry forums such as SIAM, CII, and ASSOCHAM.

• Ensure smooth development and timely delivery of assigned projects.

• Prepare, review, and coordinate management approval documents.

• Benchmark industry standards and track technological advancements.

Skills & Competencies

Technical / Functional

• Proficiency in  MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.

• Good understanding of automotive industry processes and Maruti Suzuki’s business functions.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to propose strategic short- and long-term solutions.

• Business acumen and deep knowledge of the automobile sector.

• Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.
